Updating a single piece of information on an aging site used to be a chore in itself. KAITECH rebuilt a bilingual (Japanese/English) corporate site from the ground up, together with a CMS the client could run themselves.

■ The Challenge

At this PR and corporate communications consultancy, keeping the corporate site up to date had become a real burden. Even a small change to service content or company information couldn’t easily be reflected in the existing setup, and it was getting harder to keep the information current. On top of that, the site’s design and structure were due for a refresh: it needed to raise the brand image that carries the business’s appeal and, at the same time, improve the experience for partner companies and job candidates visiting the site.

■ Our Approach

KAITECH fully rebuilt the bilingual (Japanese/English) corporate site on WordPress, which balances ease of updates with speed of build. Using a custom theme and custom content types, we designed a single CMS that manages several distinct content purposes at once: insight articles, consulting services, case studies, downloadable materials, seminars, news, recruiting and an internal research unit. We integrated Google Analytics 4 to power a view-based ranking display for articles, among other tools that support day-to-day content operation. Media assets, images and materials, are offloaded to AWS S3 and CloudFront, balancing page speed with ease of management. We handled everything from UI/UX design through implementation, and set the client up to handle daily updates themselves after launch.

■ Results & Highlights

  • Moving to a WordPress CMS let the client’s own team update service and company information quickly
  • A single foundation manages diverse content types: insight articles, seminars, materials, recruiting and more
  • GA4 integration powers a ranking display that surfaces which articles are actually being read
  • A refreshed design and structure raised both brand image and readability
  • Partners can now find services and case studies easily, with a clearer path to reaching out

■ Why KAITECH Was The Right Fit

On this project, KAITECH didn’t simply build to spec — we proposed the CMS structure itself based on how the client actually needed to operate it. How content gets categorized, and how much of it the client can update themselves, shapes how smoothly the site runs after launch. We also proposed with page speed and UX optimization in mind throughout. Turning the client’s “this is what we want” into something they could actually use day to day was what drove this project.
