Contract style

Contract types

We propose contracts on the premise of complying not only with the circumstances of the development project but also with the laws of Japan and Vietnam. At our company, outsourced development is most commonly adopted.

Lump-sum contract development (outsourced)

For new development and renewal projects, we undertake estimate-based lump-sum contracts covering the full range from upstream to downstream processes.

Consulting contract (quasi-mandate / contract work)

For projects commissioned from the planning of new services or upstream processes, the engagement takes the form of a consulting contract including market research and the planning and design of system development.

Partnership lab-type contract (quasi-mandate)

This is a project in which Vietnamese resources are secured and development is carried out over the long term.
It is a style in which we build a partnership and develop and utilize talent over time.
